Campaigns Overview
Use this page to monitor and manage all campaigns. You can view the total number of campaigns along with their status (Draft, Running, and Completed). Use the search and filter options to find campaigns by name, status, channel, or date range. Create a New Campaign
Use this page to monitor and manage all campaigns. You can view the total number of campaigns along with their status (Draft, Running, and Completed). Use the search and filter options to find campaigns by name, status, channel, or date range. To create a new campaign, click Create Campaign, or use the action icons to view or manage existing campaigns.
Enter the SMS message content for the campaign and select the appropriate gateway for message delivery. You can insert personalization variables (such as first name, last name, email, or phone) to customize messages for each contact. After completing the message content, click Continue to Review to proceed to the next step.
Review the campaign details, including the campaign name, contact group, campaign type, delivery mode, and message content. Verify the delivery estimate and total messages before launching. Click Launch Campaign Now to start the campaign or select Edit Campaign Settings if you need to make changes.
